    "content": "(b) Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am also aware of an invasion of the market by dangerous gamblers posing as vigilante groups in Luanda. However, on 5th August, four suspected gamblers namely Jackson Asikoye, Agnes Asiko, Rita Maria and Harrison Aganga, who were found gambling in the market, were arrested and taken to court where they were sentenced to serve under Community Service Order for one day. Since then, there has never been any other case of gambling within Luanda Town."
