    "content": "Mr. Speaker, I have said in this House that we are lacking some vehicles. It is this House that approved some funds for us to purchase some vehicles. I said that we are in the process, although it takes some time so purchase vehicles and after the purchase, we will give the vehicles to the various police stations. We will start with those stations which do not have vehicles at all. In areas where we have stations with vehicles which are still serviceable, we will not give them new vehicles. However, I would like to assure you that for Luanda or Emuhaya, I will give a new one if the one that is there is not serviceable."
