I have said that as soon as the Assistant Minister is ready with information, we will put this Question again on the Order Paper, and it is expected that the Assistant Minister will do so within a reasonable time! The Assistant Minister is a practicing lawyer as much as I am. When you defer a Question to the earliest opportunity, it must be done within a reasonable time. In parliamentary parlance that means that within 14 days or so, the Assistant Minister must give us an indication! Maybe you need to engage the Member for Imenti Central and he will tell you things like egis dim generis. You will then understand what I was doing!"
