    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to support the Procedural Motion. As I support it, I would like to remind the Leader of Government Business that this is not an ordinary session and he knows it. We have come here, specifically, for this kind of business and that is why we shall all go out of our way to support. However, we were not recalled so as to address important agenda in a bad way. My fears are when I looked at Order No.12, which fortunately, the Leader of Government Business has dropped for now, I realized that it started to indicate the kind of spirit in the collective mind of the Government. For the Government to imagine, ever, that we can allow important business like this to go to the Second and Third Reading without being subjected to Departmental Committees is mischievous, deliberate and intended to ensure that this country does not get the kind of laws we want."
