    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that the holding cell at Wang’uru Police Station has no toilet. Currently, prisoners use a toilet which was recently renovated outside the cell. Plans are also underway to put up modern cells with modern sanitation facilities, whose plan and bill of quantities are being prepared by the Ministry of Public Works. As soon as it is ready, a request for funds will be forwarded to the police headquarters to source for funds."
