    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is a genuine case and that is why we have prevailed upon the Ministry of Public Works to give us the bills of quantities in order for us to know how much money we are going to allocate to that particular place. We are going to modernize the place. We are going to install proper sanitation. It is, indeed, true that the cells were built in 1954. I want to assure this House that once we get the bills of quantities, we are going to put in some money in order for us to modernize that particular cell."
