    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the last financial year, we requested the Treasury to allocate us some money in order for us to modernize some of these cells. Out of what we requested, we only got a quarter. So, we have prevailed upon the Ministry of Public Works to go and carry out the feasibility studies so that we know how much money is required where. That is what we are currently doing. If we get the money which we requested for reforms, I assure this House that we will come up with the most modern facilities within the police cells."
