    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, allow me to convey my new year’s greetings to many hon. Members of Parliament whom I have not had occasion and pleasure of meeting so far this year. I wish each of you and your families God’s blessing in 2012. According to the Chinese calendar, this year is the year of the dragon. The dragon is an artificial creature that is believed to climb to heaven. This is suspicious as I believe and, this is the year Kenya will enter the era of democracy and economic prosperity. The high expectations we hold for our country are shared across the world. Three weeks ago, I joined Heads of States and Governments and CEOs of global corporations at a World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland."
