    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the court recently ruled that the General Election can only be held in the year 2012 if the President and Prime Minister agree in writing to dissolve the Grand Coalition Government. We feel that the election is too important to be left to the discretion of the Principals and that it should also involve the National Assembly. As such, we will bring a Bill to this House, so that hon. Members can debate and participate in the fixing of the date of elections once and for all."
