Allegations were made that some monies were misappropriated in my Office. This prompted the World Bank to write a letter apologising to me, and saying that those allegations were malicious. It was the hon. Member for Saboti who made the allegation on the Floor of this House. So, I have got written evidence to substantiate that statement."
