    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in Clause 34 on the procedure for the removal of the County Governor, the proposal the Minister has put before the House is that any Member of the County Assembly who will have the support of at least one-third of all the Members, can initiate a process of removing the Governor under Article 181 of the Constitution. I think this is unfair. First of all, yesterday I said that for the Speaker of the County himself or herself the requirement is 75 per cent and I have said that was wrong. We should go to the requirement of two-thirds and I will be bringing an amendment to that effect."
