    "content": "Why would you want a Motion to be initiated to remove the Governor to require just one-third? We are speaking about a maximum of 25 people who will be elected as county representatives. Getting eight people to file a Motion to harass a Governor who has been elected from across the county is not right. It does not sound right; it can create a situation where there are eight people from different parties and things like that. What will be happening is that we will be having Governors spending a lot of time trying to do things which will have nothing to do with wananchi."
