It is important that we take cognizance of the fact that we look very ill prepared for the transition. Most of the counties are still wondering where the Governor will be sworn in. I think steps need to be taken to establish the seats of powers in the respective County Governments. We need to move with speed, so that we have a place where the County Governments’ functions are being carried out from."
