In view of the clear explanation by the Chair of the Committee, could I request that this matter be taken up by the Implementation Committee, so that they can come back to the House with a Report, so that we can know exactly whether it was the Minister’s failure to understand what is going on at the Treasury or they just do not want to respect a resolution of this House?"
