    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue of the Kshs2 billion is not elusive. I have said the intention was to sell the shares. When the price of shares went down, it was realized that it would make a loss. So, we have not sold the shares yet. But the point is that we are looking for external funding. We are in discussion with OPEC Fund, Saudi Fund, Arab Fund and Abu Dhabi Fund. As soon as these discussions come to fruition, we will fund REA. This is an important authority which is doing a commendable job. Therefore, we will support it."
