    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I appreciate the effort being made by the House Business Committee and the Government in general to try to implement the Constitution. However, equally important is the Finance Bill. There are different proposals that were made in that particular Bill which we need to debate for the economy of this country to be certain, definite and to grow. Could we get an indication from the Government when this Bill will be tabled in the House rather than leaving it for a long time knowing very well that we should have passed this Bill by 31st December, 2011?"
