    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was being obedient to the Chair and I realized that it pays sometimes. However, I want to commend the Government for that kind of programme, for the resumption of business and also for the Procedural Motion that we passed yesterday. Having said that, according to our Standing Orders, and this is why I was highlighting the issue of whether he has been appointed, Standing Order No.11 requires the Government to form a Government panel and nominate, besides the Leader of Government Business two other Ministers who will be known as the First and Second Deputy Leader of Government Business. I have raised this matter for a very long time. I think this being the beginning of the year; I am just wondering whether the Acting Leader of Government Business has now become either the first or the second Deputy Leader of Government Business. Why has that panel not been constituted according to the Standing Orders?"
