"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is very important also to realize that even the registration of vehicles--- Thanks to hon. Nyachae when he was Chief Secretary; he was able to give identification to vehicles that are owned by semi-autonomous Government agencies. However, this time we will be having county governments and we would want to know whether they will all use the same type of registration for their vehicles, or they will be different. It is important for us to know how we will be differentiating the vehicles that belong to Embu County, Kitui County and so on. This will be very important because these are some of the issues that will create a lot of confusion, and at the end of the day make the whole process look very confused."
