"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not wish to be misunderstood on this. We took over 225 stalled projects and we were hoping that we would be able to complete all these projects by the end of 2012. Unfortunately, this has not been possible; but I can confidently say that approximately 200 out of the 225 stalled projects have been completed. There are a few others which are in various stages of completion. Others are being done in phases, but I want to assure the honourable Member of Parliament that if we receive the Kshs5 billion which we requested, we will have been able to complete them by the end of this year; we are optimistic that we should be able to complete these projects by 2013."
