    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what we started doing in March, 2007 was to commence preparations. Preparations are complete, all documentation is ready and we hoped to raise money to commence actual construction. Unfortunately, we were not able to raise that money. However, I assure the hon. Member that in the next financial year, there is general understanding that the full housing projects in Voi and Kapsabet will be allocated sufficient funds so that they can commence and be completed in approximately one year’s time from the time they commence."
