    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to believe that we require expansion of facilities in the universities, but also implore on the Government to explore the option of e-learning. I was doing a course and in e-learning, I did not have to go and sit in a lecture theatre. I sit in the comfort of my house, my car or any other place, but it is possible for the lecturer to know whether I logged in, whether I was in class from the first minute to the last minute. After that, they are able, first, to give marks on attendance and, secondly, to do the actual examination. We do not have to crowd all the students in one hall. We can also start centres of university excellence in every county, because that is the way we are going. Why can we not have each one of these universities having its own unit in every county doing e-learning and, therefore, expand and allow our students under normal programmes to access this very vital education?"
