    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I really thank the Mover for giving me the 30 seconds. I would like to inform the Assistant Minister that there are other countries in the world that are facing the same problem. They have been able to tackle the problem of infrastructure, and I hope the Assistant Minister is hearing, using a 24-hour university system with the same infrastructure and the same teachers but different professors working at different working hours. They work on shifts meaning that the university lessons starts at 7.00 am, one stream ends at 2.00 p.m and the other begins at 2.00 p.m and goes up to 10.00 p.m. This is possible and I request the Assistant Minister to look into that aspect. I thank the Mover for giving me the 30 seconds."
