    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I would like to thank all those who supported this Motion starting with hon. Mwathi, hon. Njuguna, Bishop Wanjiru, hon. Shebesh, Eng. Maina, hon. Shakeel, hon. Nyambati, hon. Gabbow and finally, hon. Kilimo. I would also like to thank my good Assistant Minister and my former classmate for the answer he has given although I disagree with him on some issues. When he talks about being too ambitious, there is nothing like being too ambitious in this Motion. If the Minister plans properly and sits down with his technocrats, there is nothing ambitious in this Motion. I am not asking for 100 per cent admission. I am only talking about 75 per cent."
