Ligale’s Report to the hearings of the IEBC recently, I think the public must be taken more seriously. When they raise issues they must be listened to. This is because Part VIII deals with citizen participation and Clause 85 provides for that participation by the public. I would like to request the county governments, when they initiate any kind of legislation or issue, to also make sure that what the public says must be recorded."
