    "content": "The reports of the Summit must be submitted to the National Assembly, to the Senate and to the county assemblies. This is very important because this institution – the Summit – cannot be above Parliament and the Senate. So, whatever they deliberate, those reports must go to Parliament and the Senate so that the Senate can assess and see what issues they have been discussing and if, indeed, they want to make any suggestions or alterations, they will have the opportunity to do so as the supreme organs in the country."
