    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I agree that we could also provide that in the absence of the governor to chair the meetings of the council of county governors, the deputy governor can represent the respective county government in those meetings. There were other proposals which also bring in the Cabinet Secretary in charge of inter- governmental relations to be recognized fully as a member of the summit. I personally feel that, that is an important suggestion. We could gladly take it on board; I hope the committee will also be looking at that."
