    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of my concerns about these conflicts in Isiolo is that it is not only confined to the local population. There are teachers there who come from our areas. Sometimes, they have been forced to spend the night outside because of insecurity in the area. I would like the Assistant Minister to tell us, in addition to what he has told us about conflicts due to clanism, what he is doing to protect professionals who have gone to work in those areas and feel very insecure."
