    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am really very uncomfortable with the manner which the Assistant Minister tries to react to matters that touch on security of Kenyans. This Parliament has given a lot of money to the National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS) and I am sure one of the duties of this department is to give information to the Government. I want to know from the Assistant Minister whether the NSIS in this country is giving them information so that before these attacks take place, the Government can move with speed to arrest such situations."
