    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, at the very beginning, I said that we have enhanced the collection of intelligence. It is through this organ that we get information that there will be tension. If there was no intelligence collection, so many people would have died. I want to say that they are doing a very good job and that is why we could be able to apprehend before it spilled. I want to assure this House that we have enough detectives on the ground. We also have enough security on the ground. Hopefully, more investigations will be done in order for us to arrest those who have been inciting those people."
