Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, if we can issue a birth certificate, why should the number in the birth certificate be different from the one in the identification card? Let us have the same in the birth certificate, identification card, voter’s card and in the death certificate, so that you can be traced all the way to your grave. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, in this country, we have too many people from outside this country doing jobs that Kenyans can do. They work in some of these supermarkets. In fact, so many people from Asia are doing simple work that we can do. This should not be allowed. Mr. Minster, once this Bill is finalized, let this service management ensure that we do not have such people around. The work that can be done by Kenyans should be left for Kenyans.
