    "content": "(a) I will make the rules and regulations under the Employment Act, 2007 once the review on the Act is concluded. My ministry along with other key stakeholders including the Kenya Law Reform Commission and our tripartite partners, Federation of Kenya Employers and COTU have begun a process to review the Employment Act, 2007 to conform with the new Constitution. We have prioritized this activity and have set a date of 20th June deadline. I will then immediately embark on making rules and regulations to operationalize the Act."
