    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, finally, health care is an essential service. We shall continue to dialogue with all stakeholders for the betterment of service delivery to all Kenyans. However, I will plead to health workers, it is not humane to threaten both the Government and the society of Kenya, with strikes on an issue that is being handled competently, and on an issue that dialogue and discussions can, indeed, settle democratically. I thank you."
