    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to make two or three points. On the issue of investments by the Authority, the funds that have been allocated are for the taxpayers. They should not be able to invest this money, because we will go back the same old good time where money was allocated and no service was provided to the people. This ended with a lot of money going into collapsed banks. So, that should be removed. All the money must be spent as it is received from Treasury."
