For all practical purposes we do not have the Report yet. The issue is of a much bigger magnitude whether, indeed, when you talk of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) that independence is from the legislature, the executive or any other institution for that matter. So, can you confine your own contributions on this to the constitutionality of the process being undertaken by the Committee right now and the role of the Committee and the plenary in this matter?"
