"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the way this has been dealt with in the Constitution is that the National Land Commission can only recommend redress. What the country is looking for is not recommendations. It is looking for action. The National Land Policy has recognition under the Constitution. The Constitution says that there shall be a national land policy that can be reviewed over time but once so reviewed, it becomes part of the principles of the Government on land matters generally."
