I really want to thank the people who have participated one way or the other in the formation of that. I know people are still asking for consultation, but we must draw a line as to when do we stop these consultations. That consultation has taken place since 1952 with the Senate and all that and so far, people have never agreed. However, one thing we must agree on is that we need an institutional framework to protect our land, whether private, community or public."
