    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the petition and also thank hon. Dr. Khalwale for bringing it. At a time when this country is employing foreign engineers and at a time when we are crying about the unemployment situation of our youth, it is really a pity that the boards which are charged with the responsibility of meeting our professional standards are sleeping on the job. It is not just the KERB, rather other professional bodies are behaving the same way. This petition provides a good opportunity for them to learn that this Parliament will stand to intervene on behalf of the students and against organizations or professional bodies that do not meet their national obligations of ensuring that this country does possess a cadre of young people who are professionally qualified. I support."
