    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank hon. Dr. Khalwale. Education is a very important issue in the realization of development in any country. This country was recently voted the best in human resource capital in Africa. What this petition purports is that there must be some sort of disconnect between the policy makers, professionals, and the institutions that are charged with this. As a country, we must be prepared to solve this problem. For us to realize the kind of technological development that we aspire to reach as a country, we need to understand that this is the group that is going to be the backbone for any technological development. As leaders, we must stand firm with them. We must ensure that the relevant institutions are prepared to assist these young Kenyans."
