(a) Is the Minister aware that there is tension in Machakos town due to the unresolved cause of death of Mr. Charles Makau Muthoka while in police custody on the night of 31st January, 2012? (b) Is the Minister further aware that the deceased has not been buried to-date awaiting police report on the cause of death? (c) Why has the Police failed to arrest the council askaris who are alleged to have beaten and severely injured the deceased before booking him into Machakos Police cells where he died?"
