    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, like I said, we will be meeting on Tuesday to deliberate on the decisions regarding House Business for the coming week. However, hon. Members may recall that this Special Session was called to conclude debate on the constitutional matters, and the House Business Committee took the view that we give priority to the Bills that have a constitutional deadline, the IEBC Report and, thereafter, we then get back to the ordinary Business of the House which includes The Finance Bill. I am sure we have received indications from the Minister for Finance that, indeed, he will be approaching the House Business Committee to allocate time for it to appear on the calendar."
