Judging by the number of Front-Benchers who are in the House now, barring the Attorney-General who is an ex-officio and does not have any right to vote, you are hardly 23 or 24. The Government side is supposed to have over 80 members. Where is the Government? That is hardly 20 or 25 per cent of your number. So, whereas you have given that undertaking, match it with action while the debate is ongoing."
