    "content": "THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended- (c) in sub clause (2) by deleting the words “the Senate or the county assemblies may, upon receiving the annual report under subsection (1), make such recommendations to the Summit”; and substituting therefor the words “or the county assemblies may, upon receiving the annual report under subsection (1), make such recommendations” (d) by inserting a new sub clause immediately after subclasses (3) as follows- (3A) The Senate shall approve all annual reports of the Summit including any recommendations made to the reports by the National Assembly and the county assemblies."
