The amendment I am moving is to Clause, 10 which in the Bill recognizes that reports of the Summit should be given an opportunity to go through the three assemblies. That process is addressed under Sub-clause (3), but there is a reference to Sub-clause (2). So, actually we are amending Sub-clause (3) and the reason for the amendment is that having recognized in this Bill the importance of the reports going before the National Assembly---"
