So, I was saying that the Bill, having correctly captured the importance of the County Assembly, the National Assembly and the Senate receiving these reports and being given an opportunity to amend them, if necessary, the same Bill has then gone on and made it optional. Because the Summit will make very important decisions and arrive at very important resolutions, the report of the Summit being looked at by the assemblies should not be made optional. The purpose of this amendment is to make it mandatory. So, I have brought in the thinking that the Summit be alive to the fact that all resolutions and decisions shall as by law and as a must, have to pass through the National Assembly, the Senate and the County Assembly."
