    "content": "I think we need more clarity on this. I can see that there is addition of the word “council”. If I check my paper correctly, from the original version to the current version, what has been added, apart from the Summit, is that they are also responsible for the Council. So, we need to know why this council is included here. But as you can see, it is responsible for the day to day administration of the Summit and of the Council and then the Council is everywhere. Could we get to understand why the Council is included?"
