    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, before I conclude, I would like to say that this Bill and the one we have just gone through on the Loans Guarantees, there has been extensive debate and deliberation, especially with the Commission on the Implementation of the Constitution. We have incorporated views that they have made to us. Therefore, what remains now is for this House to do its duty and go through this Bill making whatever recommendations they may have and ultimately, passing it, so that we are able to meet our own respective constitutional deadlines."
