"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words âand in any case not more than four times a yearâ appearing after the words âtwice a yearâ. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the Bill limited the number of times that the Council could meet. It said âtwoâ and not âa maximum of four.â This amendment is to open it and be guided by the business that there could be."
