    "content": "The operational expenses in respect of the structures and institutions established in this Act shall be provided for in the annual estimates of the revenue and expenditure of the national government to cater for— (a) the Summit; (b) the Council of County Governors; (c) the Technical Committee, Secretariat and the sectoral working group established by the Technical Committee; and, (d) the sectoral working groups established by the Council."
