    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 be amended in sub clause (1) by inserting a new paragraph immediately after paragraph (g) as follows- (gg) the Clerk of the Senate Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we have really discussed this matter in the Committee. The justification or the import of this is to include the transition authority of the Clerk of the Senate as the Senate is the body responsible for county issues. The Clerk will give a lot of information and guidance to these transitional authority bodies."
