I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 be amended- (e) in sub clause (1) by deleting the words “and such terms and conditions of service as the Authority may determine”; (f) in sub clause (2) by deleting the words, “in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Authority, may determine” and substituting therefor the words “determine subject to the advice of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission”."
